From October 5, 2025 through January 18, 2026, USPS is implementing a temporary rate increase across Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, USPS Ground Advantage, and Parcel Select.

Priority Mail Express – Retail
- 0–3 lbs: Zone 1–4 → $1.10 | Zone 5–9 → $2.00
- 4–10 lbs: Zone 1–4 → $2.00 | Zone 5–9 → $4.85
- 11–25 lbs: Zone 1–4 → $3.90 | Zone 5–9 → $9.00
- 26–70 lbs: Zone 1–4 → $9.75 | Zone 5–9 → $16.00
- Flat Rate Envelope → $2.00
Priority Mail – Retail
- 0–3 lbs: Zone 1–4 → $0.40 | Zone 5–9 → $0.90

What do I need to do?
1. Machines connected via LAN (including IX Series):

Your new USPS retail rate table will
automatically download and activate on October 5, 2025.
2. Using NeoShip, SMART, or Smart Essentials for shipping?
✅ No action required.
Your software will automatically update with the new rates before the effective date.
3. If your system is not connected via LAN: You must connect and perform a
Generic Call (instructions below) to update your rates.
